01.Restaurant By The Shore

The restaurant is situated near the shore, inspired by a ship and incorporated with a design language and functionality

02.Think of Tea

Think of tea, small cafe dedicated to tea lovers was designed to attract young crowd towards the cafe which was achieved by creating amphitheatre format seating along with some green added to the space. Yellow and exposed concrete was used to gain attention from the passersby and to give a rustic feel.

03.shades of blues

Interior project that complies with the blue shades which was the theme required by the client. the design process was kept simple yet aesthetic which was achieved by playing on with the lines. The table was an inspiration of the cantilever slab which we incorporated with the design to achieve a sleek and hanging structure.

05.Irukai- The first step toward furniture design

A simple bar stool for casual use, with its clear lines and elegant style. The seemingly weightless and filigree stool is thereby completely different than one would expect from an everyday, massive bar stool

The Irukai bar stool is not only characterised by the reduced design, the seating furniture is also practical, The stool can be stacked without any problems and therefore stored space-savingly.

The bar stool is made out of a metal tube frame. The seat consists of the best quality wood in India. Different colour options are available according to the taste of people. In addition, the Irukai bar stool is offered in three different heights.

06.8th Avenue Residence

status: Completed

The design narrative is preceded with an elaborative zoning exercise. A swimming Pool has been conceived on the Northern side that connects to the various spaces of the house. This allows for the use of a large glazing on the north façade without heat gain. The built form is a striking mass in white, connected to the main structure by a pergolas and voids. Softening the appearance of this mass, the design uses Stone to create a asethical value for the house.

08.​Elite Apartments

Perungudi apartment building in the heart of the city contains 12 flats in a two-storey building. The challenge was to provide something more than just an adequate space for living stacked on repetitive floors. Every apartment has a combination of uniquely linked spaces with differing scales to demarcate public and private areas, these areas are well-lit by large windows and continuous balconies. The design ensures that the rooms are open to nature, and also provides for privacy and shelter from direct solar heat gain. This is achieved by two layers of skin on the building – an outer layer of fibre-reinforced concrete louvres, and an inner layer of sliding wood louvre screens. The treatment of the external skins brings a warm yet contemporary aesthetic to the building, this is also responsive to climate and provides privacy

09.Trillium Villas

Trillium villa was built to ensure the clients are connected to the city, yet enjoy peace of mind and solitude Luxury villas that are vastu special designed to facilate living space with privacy and adequate ventilation. The villa was conceived as a rock-its mass chiseled out of a boulder and its puntures marking the fenestrations.

Our strategies aim for maximum utilization and conservation of natural resources while the design strategies target the architectural elements. This was achieved throughout the house by providing possible architectural and design elements for the context of each space.

11.The Urban Courtyard

​The Urban Courtyard House was designed for a client who wanted to accommodate a blend of contemporary and urban lifestyle patterns. Apart from the program and a few indicators for sizes of spaces (generous but as much as possible - more garden and less house), given carte blanche to experiment and create a unique design.

The House is located in a tight, urban, densely populated area of Chennai city, TamilNadu. It strikes a contemporary and modern note in an urban milieu. The façade has an exciting interplay that is consciously detailed, morphing from individual volumes made cohesive by its forms. The interior material palette is simple and elegant with the use of woods, stones and whites with colors that bring in timelessness, openness, and coherence to the whole house

13.THE PALACE

status: Completed

The house is interpreted in a two storeyed villa that defines and honours the unique personality of the client. The design is a blend of varied architectural ethnicities ranging from traditional to modern features. It is an amalgamation of Neo-Classical elements without leaving the comforts of the contemporary lifestyle, the regional design element and the spatial requirements of the client. The facade strikes a traditional touch twhich enhances the royal look of the house with double height pillars.

14.THE CUBE

The House is located in a tight, urban, densely populated area of Madurai city, TamilNadu. It strikes a contemporary and modern note in an urban milieu. The façade has an exciting interplay that is consciously detailed, morphing from individual volumes made cohesive by its cube forms
